“I am a journalist raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, originally from Mexico City. I started my career writing print only; but convergence pushed me into the direction of Television News. After discovering the magic world of video production, I decided to make it my career. I love to report on issues that actually matter and affect us as citizens. I also like to be creative and report about stories that have not gotten much attention. I am a true believer that my main responsibility as a journalist is to provide the public with enough information, for them to make a decision on their own. I have an interest in criminal justice, law and court proceedings. Some of my favorite stories have been crime related stories. Crime cases and law can be intricate; as a reporter it is my job to clarify the proceedings, terms and sentences. On a lighter note, I also enjoy watching sports with my family, traveling, and reading my horoscope.”
